The movie was a remake of the 2015 Tamil film Vedalam; Chiranjeevi acted as the male lead whereas Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh, and Sushant acted in the prominent roles. The movie was released on 11 August 2023 and it got negative reviews from critics and emerged as a disaster.
After the movie, everyone eagerly waited for the next movie update from Chiranjeevi. As expected, he announced that he is going to work with Kalyan Krishna in his 156th movie. Sushmita Konidela is the producer of the film and it is said that the film is not a remake of Bro Daddy.
Chiranjeevi also announced his 157th movie for which Mallidi Vassishta is the director. The movie is going to be financed under UV Creations and it is going to be made on a huge scale. According to the reports, Anushka will be seen as the female lead. MM Keeravani is likely to be the music director of the film. However, there is no official information from the team. Let us wait and see whether Anushka gives the green signal to share screenspace opposite Chiranjeevi or not.
