The Indian cricket team is prepping up hard for the super-12 stage of the T20 World Cup. As a part of the warm-up games, team India faced Australia earlier today. Rohit Sharma was made the stand-in captain and Ishan Kishan was made the wicket-keeper. Skipper Virat Kohli didn’t lead the team but came in to bowl a couple of overs. Meanwhile, another wicket-keeper Rishab Pant has been rested this game.
During the match, Pant was seen learning keeping techniques from the team’s mentor MS Dhoni. Both of them are seen practising wicket keeping at the sidelines of the boundaries. Dhoni was giving instructions to Pant by placing a single wicket at the latter’s corner.
Dhoni is unarguably the best wicketkeeper in Team India’s history. Learning from him for a prestigious tournament like the T20 World Cup will immensely help Pant. Meanwhile, this video clip is now going viral all over social media and fans cannot keep calm after watching the duo having good practice.

Meanwhile, India won this practice game by 9 wickets. Australia batted first and scored 152/5 in 20 overs. India chased the total quite comfortably in just 17.5 overs. Openers Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul gave a stunning start. In the process, Rohit also scored a half-century. He was well-supported by Surya Kumar Yadav after Rahul’s dismissal.
