Tana Food Drive: Telugu Association of North America conducted a food drive in Chicago under the leadership of Dr Uma Aramandla Katiki , TANA Women Services Co-ordinator. Non-perishable food items, medicines, and many other food items were collected and donated to Hesed House, a homeless shelter in Aurora. Food and a cheque was donated to a women’s shelter located in Mt. Prospect, Illinois.

Dr. Uma Katiki thanked TANA president Sri.Anjaiah Chowdary Lavu for his support. She thanked each and everyone who donated food and other items and showed compassion towards the needy. She also thanked all the volunteers who extended their support for the food drive.

Hema Addanki, Sandhya Addanki, Maithili Pittala, Gurpreet Singh, Sridevi Donthi, Srilatha Garikapati, Veni Sanakkayala, Bhagyalakshmi, Shanthi Lakkamsani, Kiran Vankayalapati, Sunitha Rachapalli, Sridevi Mallampalli, Gowrisri, Satya Sri, Padma Madala, Srilatha Yeramati, and Radhika Garimella participated in the food drive and helped to get the donations for the food drive.
