Shocking: This village is COVID-proof

While the COVID second wave is hunting large groups of the population, there is a village that is still unaffected by this deadly virus. This village is located in the Nallamala forests of the Prakasam district.

Chintala Girijanagudem village has a total population of a mere 710. Not even a single case has been registered in this village since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in the country. How is this even possible? Their answer they give to that question is – “Everything is about the glory of nature!”

The villagers say that they do not know allopathic medicine except traditional medicine till now. The villagers believe that living among and around the medicinal plants in the forest is also a causative factor for their corona-resistant lifestyle. They say that being lived in between the trees is protecting them from the COVID-19/

These Chintala Girijanaguem villagers have been living and dealing with the traditional herbal and Ayurvedic medicine since childhood and their immunity has been high for ages. They say that their lives, which belong to nature, are going on peacefully.

Till now, they didn’t even have to wear a mask which is not so surprising. However, the other people say that the virus did not spread because they were in the dense forest and did not have much contact with outsiders. Well, maybe viruses don’t affect them much with the lifestyle they have adopted for decades.
