Samantha in Pushpa: Pushpa is one of the prestigious projects in Telugu. The film unit is releasing the film in two parts. Titled Pushpa: The Rise, the first part will have a grand release on 17th December. Interestingly, the film’s lead actor Allu Arjun is going to give a bumper offer to star actress Samantha. The latest reports reveal that Samantha is doing an item song in the film.

The makers of Pushpa are planning a massive item number in the film which has a lot of interesting elements. Sukumar is usually known for designing interesting item songs. Even in this prestigious project, Sukumar has designed one song that will be a game-changer for Samantha.
Earlier, the film unit considered multiple star heroines for the item song but somehow, Sukumar preferred to pick his Rangasthalam heroine Samantha for the item song. This is going to be Samantha’s first biggie after her separation from Naga Chaitanya Akkineni.
Samantha did not do item songs in the past but it looks like she is upping her game currently. With Pushpa having a grand release in multiple languages including Hindi, Samantha is aiming to catch the attention of pan-India audiences.
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa also features Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, Fahadh Faasil, and others in crucial roles. Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling the film.
