Russian President’s Special Message To India On 75th Independence Day

Today, India is celebrating Independence Day. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the celebrations are not a greater note. Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the flag at the Red Fort in the morning and spoke on different issues.
Russian President Vladimir Putin greeted India on the occasion of 75th Independence Day. He said, “The success achieved by India in economic, social and other spheres is widely acknowledged. Your country rightfully enjoys high prestige in global arena and plays an important role in solving topical issues of international agenda.”
He further added that, “We appreciate the relations of the privileged strategic partnership between our countries. I am convinced that the further enhancement of the whole range of constructive Russian-Indian ties entirely meets the interests of our peoples and goes within the course of strengthening stability and security on regional and global level.”
US President Joe Biden also wished Indians today. He said that, “On this day, August 15, 1947, India achieved its long journey toward independence, guided by Mahatma Gandhi’s message of truth and non-violence.”
He further added, “Today, that foundational commitment to respecting the will of the people through democracy continues to inspire the world and is the basis of the special bond between our two nations. Over the decades, the ties between our people, including a vibrant community of more than four million Indian-Americans, have sustained and strengthened our partnership.”

The coronavirus pandemic has made many people restrict to their houses. Due to the COVID-19, many tourist spots have been remained closed. Slowly, some of the tourist places are opening. Now, those who want to visit the Eiffel Tower or visit French museums or movie theatres, they should have COVID-19. The new rule came into effect on Wednesday, so the tourists who came to Paris landmark lined up for quick virus tests at the site. Those who want covid-19 pass, they should show that they are either fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 or tested negative for deadly virus.

“The world is facing a new wave, and we must act,” Prime Minister Jean Castex said.

Masked personnel scan QR codes on digital health passes and validated printed vaccine or test certificates at the Eiffel Tower. Following a government decision, the pass requirement went into effect at cultural and tourist institutions in France on Wednesday.

Juan Truque, an accountant visiting from Miami, who is not vaccinated said that, “I wanted to come here with my mom so I had to take to the test to be able to travel. They are forcing you to wear face masks and do similar kinds of things that are some kind of impositions .. to me that are violations to your freedom.”

IPS Officer’s Wife Won’t Allow Him To Do This!

IPS officer Dr Sandeep Mittal’s tweet about his love for jalebis went viral on all social media platforms after his wife responded to his tweet. Everyone loved the way his wife has given answer, it is simply epic.

Sandeep Mittal wrote that he used to love jalebis a lot when he was young. He further added that he used to buy a single piece of the delicious jalebi for 25 paise. He used to think that he will buy many jalebis once he grows up, but now, the situation is completely different. He earns for himself but his wife doesn’t allow him eat jalebis.

On Twitter, Dr Sandeep Mittal shared a picture of jalebis and wrote in Hindi which is roughly translated as, “During my childhood days, jalebis were sold for 25 paise each. I used to think that I will eat 3-4 jalebis every day once I grow up and start earning. Now, I earn for myself but my wife doesn’t let me eat jalebis.”

After this tweet, his wife Dr. Richa Mittal said, “You Come Home Today”. The post went viral and comments section is filled with funny lines.
