Regina’s endorsement lands her in controversy
Brand endorsements are key income generators for many actors. Various stalwarts choose brand endorsements to expand their market. Even the brands use the actors’ stardom to promote their company. But sometimes, stars receive a heavy backlash for the brand they are promoting. Actress Regina Cassandra is now experiencing the same.
Recently, we have seen Superstar Mahesh Babu doing a ‘pan masala’ advertisement. No other hero in Tollywood endorses as many brands as Mahesh. The actor thought that the ‘pan masala’ brand will also remain one of the regular products he endorses. However, his fans didn’t like him promoting it and the advertisement faced severe criticism.
Even Amitabh Bachchan faced flak for promoting a tobacco brand. Eventually, he had to declare pulling out his contract with the brand.
Heroine Regina was recently seen in the ad-commercial of the whiskey brand Signature. She is seen promoting it by saying the dialogues, “I believe in having a fine taste. Magnificence and excellence go hand in hand, just like the all-new Signature whiskey. Inspired by nature, crafted by the master blender.”
Audiences felt it was wrong and criticized Regina heavily on social media. Until now, she hasn’t given any official statement. It has to be seen if she ignores the criticism or pulls off her contract with the liquor company.
On the film front, Regina was last seen in a cameo role in the film Thalaivi.

Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal Wedding: 100 crore OTT deal offered for Vicky and Kat’s wedding streaming rights
Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal Wedding: Bollywood stalwarts Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are all set to tie a knot on December 9. The couple had flown to Rajasthan last night from Mumbai. This big fat wedding will be held at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur located in Rajasthan.

Reportedly, a leading OTT platform has offered Rs. 100 crore for the couple to get the streaming rights of their wedding. But it is still unclear whether they have accepted the offer or not.
Speaking to Pinkvilla, a source had said that it is a common tradition in the West where celebrity couples sell their wedding footage to the paparazzi. The source stated, “It is a common trend in the West for celebrities to sell off their wedding footage and images to magazines and at times even channels, as there are a lot of fans who wish to witness all that happened in the life-changing event of their idol.”
“The streaming giant is planning to bring in the same trend in India too and to kick off their wedding franchise, they have offered Rs 100 crore to Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal,” the source further added.
It has to be seen if Vicky and Kat accept this offer and make their wedding event stream on the OTT platform.
Apparently, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were also given a similar offer during their wedding but the couple declined it stating that they want their wedding moments to be private.

The film’s shoot is already in progress but the makers are now going to spend 2 Cr on the film’s title.

Bellamkonda Sreenivas will play the character Sivaji in the film and not many changes have been made to the film’s story except for changing the native, backdrop, and a few cultural aspects, to suit the audience of the Bollywood cinema.
Meanwhile, the film unit encountered a shock when they learned that Chatrapathi title has already been registered by some other production house and they are not ready to sacrifice it. The makers wanted to release the film with the title Chatrapathi but it is not happening now.
The film unit then planned to release the film with the title Sivaji but it is also registered already in Hindi. With two important and powerful titles sipping off their hand, the makers landed in a confusion about cracking the title for the movie.
Director VV Vinayak feels that Chatrapathi and Sivaji will be apt for the film and disliked many other suggestions for the title. So, the reports say that the producers of the project are planning to convince the producers who registered the title ‘Chatrapathi’ in Bollywood.
The reports say that 2 Cr is being offered to the producer who registered Chatrapathi title. We have to see if the other party gets convinced with the huge offer.

The wedding preparations are already underway and Salman Khan’s Bodyguard Shera who runs his own security company named Tiger Security will be in charge of the wedding. Salman Khan has personally recommended Shera to look after the security arrangements.
Though Salman Khan is invited to the wedding or not, his bodyguard will definitely be there to safeguard them. A bunch of Bollywood celebrities reportedly got the wedding invitations and the guest list of the wedding got finalized to 120 members.
