Rashmika Mandanna is one of the star heroines in the Telugu film industry. Having made her debut with the film Chalo in Telugu, the actress rose to stardom with back-to-back hits. Interestingly, her debut is in the Kannada film industry with the film Kirrik Party. However, the actress did not put enough focus on Kannada and emerged as a star away from home. Her next film Pushpa is having a big release in Kannada but the fans are not happy with her.
Earlier in the media, Rashmika faced severe criticism for not doing enough Kannada films and is focusing on all other languages. Rashmika never bothered to reply or address the criticism. But, the actress is now subjected to big criticism for not dubbing her role for the Kannada version of Pushpa.
Being a Kannadiga, the actress let go of the opportunity to dub her role in the film. A dubbing artiste has given voice to the actress in the film now. But, Rashmika put extra effort to learn the Chittoor slang and dubbed her character for the Telugu version.
It has angered the fans and media. Rashmika should have concentrated on her own language just like how she concentrated on Telugu. Had Rashmika got the intent to dub in Kannada, it is very easy for her to finish the dubbing in no time.
We have to see how the film will attract the media and fans, post the film’s release.
