Pushpa: Icon Star Allu Arjun’s Pushpa is one of the most anticipated upcoming releases in Indian Cinema. Arjun is looking forward to expanding his market across the country with this pan-India film. Meanwhile, it is being heard that the over-budget woes are now worrying the producers.
Apparently, a budget of Rs. 170 crores have been allotted for Pushpa’s first part, Pushpa: The Rise. However, director Sukumar, who craves perfection, tried to be meticulous in whatever he wanted on the sets. Thus, we hear that the budget has been exceeded by Rs. 40 crores. Apparently, the producers are now a bit worried about the financial issues.
The promotions of Pushpa are yet to begin in full swing. The film needs to be marketed extensively in North India in order to grab the attention of Hindi viewers. Though Arjun enjoys stardom in South India, the Hindi market is relatively new to him. Thus, extensive promotions are being planned over there. The makers need to shell out huge money for those promotions. It seems that they are now a bit worried about how much that budget will be.
Meanwhile, Pushpa: The Rise is in the last leg of its shoot. The post-production works are going on simultaneously at a swift pace. The makers are working hard to ensure that the film hits the screens on December 17. Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead in the film.
