Varudu Kaavalenu is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy movie helmed by debutant Lakshmi Sowjanya and financed by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments. Naga Shaurya and Ritu Varma will be seen in the lead roles in the film. Varudu Kaavalenu is going to hit the theatres on 29th October. Naga Shaurya will be seen as Aakash and Ritu Varma will be seen as Bhoomi. Murali Sharma is seen as the father of Bhoomi whereas Nadhiya is Bhoomi’s mother. Jaya Prakash, Vennela Kishore, Praveen, Kireeti, Himaja will be seen in the supporting roles. Vishal Chandrasekhar is the music director of the film.

Sowjanya, the director of the film said that she had first approached Naga Chaitanya though she had Shaurya in her mind for the role of Akash. She said that due to some reasons, the film with Chay didn’t materialise. She quoted, “I had first approached Naga Chaitanya although Shaurya is in my mind for the role of Akash. Every girl wants a good-looking and good-natured guy like Naga Shaurya. That’s why he is the best choice for Akash’s role. I am quite happy that I got Shaurya on board. Due to two waves of Covid, the film suffered delays. But finally, we’re releasing our films in theatres on 29th October.”
