Pushpa is one of the much-awaited projects in the Telugu film industry. The film’s first part Pushpa: The Rise is having a grand release tomorrow in multiple languages. Sukumar is the film’s director. The makers changed the film’s release date multiple times and it has caused a lot of unrest within the team. Now, the last-minute tensions surrounded the film, giving sleepless nights to the team, especially director Sukumar.
The film was actually supposed to release on 25th December but the makers preponed it to 17th December to have an extra run at the theatres. But, director Sukumar has told the team repeatedly that he needs ample time to finish the film’s post-production works. The film unit was in an idea that they could finish everything on time.
Sukumar had to skip the pre-release event of the movie and also had to undergo sleepless nights to finish the film on time. He is nowhere seen in the promotions. Because of the last-minute hurdles, the film’s censor was rejected by the Hindi board as there is no sync with re-recording.
