Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai announced her marriage on social media. She shared a few pictures of her wedding along with her husband Asser Malik on Twitter and Instagram. The ceremony took place amidst close family members at her Birmingham, United Kingdom home. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “Today marks a precious day in my life. Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead.” In the pictures, she could be seen donning a tea pink suit and added simple jewellery. Asser Malik also looked cool. After the wedding news broke out, celebs wished the couple.

Now, who is Asser Malik is the question that is doing all the rounds on social media platforms. According to Malik’s LinkedIn profile, “Designed player development program for Multan Sultans. Currently serving as General Manager High Performance at the Pakistan Cricket Board.” Multan Sultans is a Pakistani professional Twenty20 franchise cricket team. He is the General Manager High Performance for the Pakistan Cricket Board. He did his schooling at Atchinson College in Lahore, Pakistan, and completed his graduation from the University of Management Sciences.
According to the reports, Malala met Asser around 2019 and they have been in touch since then.
