Jagan Furious Over TDP, Media: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made a direct attack on Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and a section of media, which he called ‘yellow media’. During his address at a public meeting, the Chief Minister launched his rant on TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu and a section of media saying that they could not digest the welfare activities of his government and were resorting to mud-slinging activities. It seems Jagan is perturbed by the TDP and section of media making statements against his government.

The CM blamed the TDP for the SSC question paper leakage incidents in the state. “The papers were leaked from private schools where they took the photos of them and forwarded them to others. Those schools belonged to P Narayana who was the minister in Chandrababu Naidu’s government. It clearly shows the intention of TDP to tarnish the image of our government,” he alleged. He called it a ‘mala fide attempt’ to tarnish the government’s image.
Talking about the back-to-back rape and molestation incidents witnessed in the state, Jagan accused the perpetrators as ‘TDP supporters’.“The unfortunate events reported from Guntur, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam point to the involvement of TDP men. This shows that the opposition party is unable to digest the support the government is getting from womenfolk in the State,” he charged. He called upon the public to pray to Lord Venkateswara ‘from this holy Tirupati to save the State from these unprincipled elements’.
