IND vs NZ: India and New Zealand are all set to take on each other in the 2-match Test series that will begin tomorrow. It is already known that captain Virat Kohli has been rested for the first Test match. He will be playing in the second Test that will be held in Mumbai. He is replaced by Surya Kumar Yadav.
Most likely, India will open with Mayank Agarwal and Shubman Gill. Chateshwar Pujara will be the one-down batsman. Captain Ajinkya Rahane, Surya Kumar Yadav and Wriddhiman Saha will be in the middle order. Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja might be the all-rounder choices. Ravichandran Ashwin, Umesh Yadav and Ishant Sharma might be the frontline pacers.
Overall, it is a decent looking team mixed with experienced players and youngsters. It has to be seen how this team tackles New Zealand in the much-awaited Test.
