Hyderabad–Bengaluru: Indian Railways is planning to introduce bullet trains in multiple corridors of the country. Already, the first phase of this plan is underway where a corridor is being made between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

Bullet train between Hyderabad and Bengaluru
The latest we hear is that the Indian Railways is planning to introduce a bullet train corridor between Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Both these metro cities witness a heavy commute flow regularly and thus, the Railways is planning to introduce a bullet train between them.
The normal train journey from Hyderabad to Bengaluru takes more than 10 hours and introducing a bullet train will reduce the travel time.
According to the reports, there will be a 618 km-long corridor between Hyderabad and Bangalore. It becomes beneficial for the people who commute between both the cities quite often.
More details about this corridor are expected to be revealed soon.
Earlier, Indian Railways announced bullet train corridors like Varanasi-Delhi, Mumbai-Hyderabad, Chennai-Mysore, Delhi-Amritsar and Varanasi-Howrah.
