Green tea’s polyphenol content is primarily responsible for its health benefits. Strong antioxidants, these substances will stop oxidative stress from harming your skin. Lemon juice’s acidity keeps the skin’s natural oils under control.
Ingredients:
2 bags of green tea
Two teaspoons of sugar
Little amounts of lemon juice
Hot cup of water
What to Do:
Green tea should be steeped in hot water until the water naturally cools.
Remove the tea bags once it has cooled, then use the decoction to make the scrub.
Add the sugar and lemon juice to two tablespoons of the green tea decoction. If necessary, increase the amount of green tea, but maintain the mixture liquid enough to use as a scrub.
Use a cotton pad or your fingertips, apply this to your face. Scrub it for 3–4 minutes.
After rinsing with warm water, use cool water to finish.
To save for later use, put the remaining decoction in an airtight jar.

30 to 40 minutes are needed to complete this process.
