
AP Telangana states e pass
After the Telangana High Court warned the government repeatedly not to impose restrictions at the state borders, the KCR government opted for the e-Pass system to permit fellow state passengers.
Here are the rules of Telangana state regarding the e-Pass system
1. All Ambulances coming from neighboring states shall be permitted to enter the state irrespective of whether the vehicles carry e-Pass or not
2. All persons traveling in vehicles with valid e-Pass issued by the State of Origin or Telangana shall be permitted to enter the State.
3. Separate lane with proper signages shall be arranged for Ambulances and other authorized vehicles as above for their smooth entry into the State.
All officers are requested to follow the instructions scrupulously. It is also requested that the men and officers manning the interstate check posts shall be briefed appropriately.
Andhra Pradesh’s set of rules for mobilisation in and out of the state
- Curfew is not in place from 6 AM to 12 PM. So, people who enter the state during these hours don’t require an e-Pass.
- e-Pass must be compulsory to enter the state during the Curfew period. Ambulances and the emergency services vehicles which are expected from the Curfew don’t need any pass.
- If the people of AP need to travel Telangana and Tamilnadu, the citizens should get e-Pass from the respective state governments.
- For Odisha and Karnataka, Online registration followed by the issue of Pass is compulsory.
