Kulhad Pizza exists and a shop in Surat of Gujarat is selling a new dish called Kulhad Pizza which is basically a pizza filling served with loads of melted cheese in a clay cup. A video that has been posted in March by a YouTube page called Aamchi Mumbai is now going viral on all social media platforms. In the video, one could see a man preparing the mixture – He added boiled boiled corn, chopped tomatoes, paneer cubes along with several sauces such as mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Then he adds chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and chaat masala.


Then, he filled a kulhad with the mixture, topped it up with sauce and liquid cheese. Then goes mozzarella cheese, some more mixture, liquid cheese, and again adds mixture. Finally, he keeps kulhad in the microwave to cook the pizza. The Kulhad Pizza was served with chopped coriander leaves over the melted cheese. Vegetable Pancake: Best Dish For COVID Patients




It is very important to give a health diet to COVID patients and covid recovered patients. Vegetable Pancake is made of using many vegetables and it is rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc. Here is the recipe, just give a quick look at the article.

Carrot – 1/4 cup
Spinach – 1/4 cup
Cabbage – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Green chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 inch

Whole grain flour – 75g
Roasted Gram flour (besan) – 25g
Sattu – 25g
Oats – 25g
Milk – 1 cup
Egg – 1
Refined oil – 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
White sesame – 1 tsp
Salt – according to taste

For chutney:
Pumkin seed – 1 tbsp
Sesame seed – 1 tbsp (White)
A handful of mint
Curd – 2 tbsp
Green chillies – 2
Garlic – 2
Salt to taste


First mix all the powder ingredients including flour, gram flour, oats, sattu, salt, turmeric, baking powder, pepper powder and jeera powder.

Later, chop the cabbage, green chilli, onion, spinach, and coriander leaves.

Grate carrot and ginger.

Now, mix flour mixture and chopped vegetables.

Now, it’s time to add some milk and egg to the mixture.

Mix thoroughly and get a thick dropping consistency.

If necessary, one can add a few spoons of milk. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush some oil. Put a spoonful of mixture on the pan and spread it.

Allow it to cook on low flame and press it gently. Flip it and do the same till it turns golden brown.

For chutney, grind all the ingredients except curd. Add curd to it later and mix properly.

Vegetable pancake can be taken for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even as a snack. It contains proteins, minerals, vitamins and complex carbohydrates. In this recipe, we have used eggs, curd, milk, veggies, spices so, it will help in boosting immunity.

This year, it falls on November 28th. It began as a day of giving thanks and sacrifice for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. On this day, people make different recipes.

Ingredients for Cornbread Dressing:

2 8oz packages of cornbread mix
1 pound spicy pork sausage
2 onions, chopped
2 apples, cored and chopped
4 celery stalks, diced
¾ cup of chicken broth
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp sage
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp rosemary
salt & pepper

Bake your cornbread according to the instructions on the package. This can be done the day before. Once it’s cooled, crumble it.

Take the sausage out of its casing, crumble it, and brown it in a little oil. When it’s cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove it from the pan and set it aside.

Saute the vegetables and apples in the remaining oil in the same pan.

Mix that with the sausage, cornbread crumbs, melted butter, herbs, and chicken broth.

Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 375F for about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
