BJP to visit Delhi: With Telanagan Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his team returned home yesterday empty handed, it is now the turn of state Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is forge ahead for a delhi tour on the issue of paddy procurement. Will at least these leaders be given audience by the Prime Minister Narender Modi and his team of ministers? Or even these will have to spend time waiting in vain in Delhi and return?

BJP to visit Delhi
It looks like the issue of paddy procurement will dominate the political scenario for some more time. There is no attempt to sort out the problem and come up with solution. It is mere political win over their counterparts that are forcing the ruling Telangana Rastra Samiti (TRS) and opposition BJP make trips to Delhi. “It is very likely that BJP will come from Delhi with a concrete decision from the Union government. It is in all probability will be point fingers at TRS and KCR. State BJP leaders will clear say that Union government had told state government that it will procure only certain amount of paddy and rest is the responsibility of the state. With this BJP will try to get political mileage and defame ruling party,” pointed out senior journalist in Hyderabad.
BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar said the people were seeing the party as an alternative in the State and their active participation in the recently concluded first phase of ‘Praja Sangrama Yatra’ was a classic example to it. Addressing a training programme in Hyderabad, he said the state was witnessing more corruption than the undivided Andhra Pradesh. He said people were fed up with the ‘corrupt and family rule of the CM and his family.
The Karimnagar MP said people of the state were supporting the BJP as an alternative to the TRS, adding that the party’s recent victory in Huzurabad by-election was an example of the love of the people towards his party. Now he will be leading a team to Delhi in the coming days. Theya re likely to meet Union minister Piyush Goyal, Parshottam Ruppala and Narendre Singh Tomar to seek clarification on paddy procurement.
Interestingly, the newly elected MLA Eatala Rajender is part of the delegation that will be visiting Delhi. The others include Union minister Kishan Reddy, party vice president DK Aruna and senior leader K Laxman.
