Bombay High Court granted bail to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan who was arrested in drugs case. But he will spend in jail tonight as the court is yet to give its detailed order. To speed up Aryan Khan’s bail process, the advocate of Aryan sought permission from the single judge bench of Justice NW Sambre to submit cash bail. Justice Sambre said that, “I could have also given the order tomorrow. But I gave it today,””I could have also given the order tomorrow. But I gave it today.”
According to Former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi, who represented Aryan Khan’s case said that Aryan Khan would come out of the jail either on Friday or Saturday.
NCB has pressed some bail conditions for Aryan Khan.
Look at the bail conditions proposed by the NCB:
The accused shall surrender his passport before the special court.
The applicant shall attend the NCB Mumbai office every Friday between 11 am to 2 pm.
The accused shall not personally or through anyone make any attempt to influence or tamper with the evidence.
The accused shall not make any statement about the aforesaid proceeding pending before the court.
If the applicant has to go out of Greater Mumbai, he shall inform the investigating officer.
The applicant shall attend the NCB Mumbai office every Friday between 11 am to 2 pm.
The accused shall attend all the dates in court unless prevented by any reasonable cause.
If the accused violates any of these terms, NCB shall be entitled to apply to the special judge/court for cancellation of his bail.
