Though he didn’t mention the reason behind its exit, the word ‘COVID’ in his tweet is hinting that the virus might be a reason for his walk-out. Recently, Dhanush was tested positive for the COVID-19 and is under isolation right now. The shoot has been halted as the actor is under quarantine now. It has been less than a month since Sir went on floors but already, it started facing a lot of troubles. We have to see how many more hurdles the film faces in the coming days.
Sir is being directed by Venky Atluri. It is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film. The Tamil version has been titled ‘Vaathi’. It marks Dhanush’s debut in Telugu.
